Towing the Boat

It was built in 1957 at the Oltenița Shipyard and belonged to IIP Tulcea. After the revolution, it became part of the Deltacons SA assets and was used in the Danube Delta area.
It is currently owned by Complex Delta SRL, which has modernized and re‑engined it.
Characteristics:
- length: 15.5 m, width 3.76 m, maximum draft 1.2 m;
- the original propulsion was provided by a Soviet-made 3D6 engine developing 150 HP, which was replaced with a new 285 HP Doosan engine;
- fixed-pitch propeller, made of steel;
- displacement 30 tons.
